I need to hire something you don’t have – can you get it?

It’s certainly possible, please contact us to ask. We might already have the item in stock but not currently showing on the website, or we may be willing to purchase it and hire to you.

I’ve never used this equipment – will you show me how?

Yes – in fact, if you’ve never used the equipment before then we will insist on it. A full demonstration is included in our hire price.

I’m not very confident about using plant – can you provide an operator?

No, sorry – we are a plant hire service only, and not enough of our customers need operators for us to be able to employ them.

How long can I keep the plant for? What about weekends?

Our standard prices are for 1, 2, 3, 4 days, a week or a weekend. Note that a ‘week’ is Monday to Friday. We advise that you plan your work before you hire the tools you need, to make sure you can get the most out of each tool when you hire it.

Where do you deliver to and how much does it cost?

Typically within 25 miles of Ascot, although it may be possible to go further for some items. A minimum £20 delivery charge applies.

Do I need insurance?

Yes – and we will need to see your certificate of ‘Hired in Plant’ before we let you use anything you hire from us. If you don’t have insurance then we may be able to hire tools to you but unfortunately we are unable to hire any plant to yourselves!
